What is your shipping policy?
We want to make sure you receive your handmade products as quickly and safely as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

PROCESSING TIMES:
All orders will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please note that processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events. Larger orders can effect the processing time as well.

SHIPPING METHODS:
You'll be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier, including lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Currently Chromeson Printing does not ship Internationally. at this time. Please check back in the future for updates on our International Shipping.

ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
What is your Return policy?
At Chromeson & More, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. However, we offer exchanges if the item has defects or is damaged.

DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive a defective item, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery at info@chromesonmore.com with a brief description and a photo of the defect. We will assess your claim and, if approved, provide you with a pre-paid return label for an exchange.
Please keep in mind that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, washed, or worn, or for damage resulting from misuse or neglect. To be accepted for a return, you must first request one. Your item must be in new condition, with its tags and original packaging. It must be unwashed, unworn, and free of body odour or fragrance. Regrettably, exchanges cannot be offered if 10 days have passed since the purchase date, and in some instances, store credit may be issued.

Cancellations: accepted
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to info@chromesonmore.com within 30 minutes of purchase. Include your name, phone number, email address, and order number in the email. While we will do our best to cancel the order, we cannot guarantee it due to the quick turnaround time. If we are able to cancel your order, we will promptly send you an email update.
