My wife and I started Chromeson Printing as a means of expressing ourselves creatively. As we began to receive requests for our handmade items and personalized products, we realized that we could turn our hobby into a business. We are a small team based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional and memorable experience.

Our Process

Step One: Creation - Design

To speed up the process of receiving your quote, kindly provide us with as much information as possible. This includes any preferred colors, fonts, logos, or additional designs you would like us to incorporate into your item. We can schedule a phone or Zoom call to assist you with the creation process if needed.

Step Two: Quote Sent - Corrections

Before we begin working on the design of your artwork, we request a Design Fee . The fee is $10, and is non-refundable.  If your order consists of ten or more items, the fee can then be applied to your final order total. Once payment is received, we will send you a digital mock-up of the item with the design on it. If you approve of the design, you can confirm the order. If not, you can provide feedback up to two more times, to help us understand your vision. We value your input and will work with you to make any necessary changes to the original mock-up, including slogans, names, or designs.

Step Three: Approve Quote

Once you approve the design, we require a payment for the order within two business days before we can start working on it. Once we receive the payment, we will begin working on your order and provide you with updates on the progress throughout the process.

Step Four: Produce Your Creation

After receiving your design and payment, we will begin creating your custom item(s). Our aim is to produce a top-notch product that highlights your distinct design.

Step Five: Delivery

Once the order has been processed, we will proceed to ship your items to the delivery address provided. Please expect a delivery period of 2 to 14 business days, depending on the delivery option selected during checkout. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number to keep you updated on the delivery status.
